Our services are particularly suitable to conduct online surveys among scientists. We can tailor the survey to fit any field in biomedical sciences.

Surveys require only one mail-out with as many recipients as possible. Since it is only done once, the rate of response, which might be of parameter of statistical value, can be measured accurately.

We operate in two modes:

1. We can carry out just the awareness campaign; you provide the survey address (URL) of the target page. In this mode, we provide you with the usual information (number of emails sent, opened emails, and visits to the target page) as well as the academic addresses of the recipients who went to the target page. You just let us know when to send out the emails and when you wish to collect the mail-out results.

2. We can also build and execute the survey for you, all you need to do is provide us with the questions. We take care of everything else and in addition to the standard information mentioned above, we provide the survey results in an Excel® file.

   NOTE: We do not provide our clients with names or any type of information that might serve to identify the person surveyed. This is (a) for ethical reasons, (b) to have the trust of the surveyed scientists and (c) to maximize the quality of the data collected.

   If you are located in the European Union and you intend to carry out a survey, you must clearly describe in the email how you plan to use any data collected, as well as the use of our service if we are commissioned to design the survey.

   If you are using our services to circulate a survey of your design, you must state in the email text as well as in the survey web page, that any individual piece of information shall be handled as confidential.

   The survey is carried out over a time span to be determined according to the client's needs.
